Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Explanation of our job as Bankruptcy Petition Preparers:  Whenever a client hires us to prepare their bankruptcy petition, we gather all the necessary information through our bankruptcy questionnaire.  Then we prepare the bankruptcy petition and schedules using the information that the client provided on the questionnaire.  The client is then contacted to review the completed bankruptcy packet which is ready to be filed.  After the client reviews and is satisfied with the completed packet, the client personally files their bankruptcy documents with the court.  It's that simple, our job has been completed and the client goes through the chapter 7 bankruptcy process with their assigned bankruptcy trustee.
