• Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition Preparation: ranges from $300.00 - $500.00 (Please utilize the "Request a Quote" button) 

 A zoom or telephonic appointment will be scheduled after client accepts quoted cost.

• Notary (per signature/stamp) :  $10.00 (we come to you, please see the travel fees below)

A discount will be applied for any transaction that exceeds 5 notary signature/stamp per transaction.  Please utilize the "Request  a Quote" button

• Notary Travel fee:  starts at $30.00 (see below for details - whenever in doubt, please utilize the "Request a Quote" )

1. Broward County (central and north - Broward Blvd and above) : $30.00

2. Broward County (south - south of Broward Blvd): $35.00

3. Palm Beach County (central and south - Boynton Beach Blvd and below): $35.00

4. Palm Beach County (north - north of Boynton Beach Blvd.): $40.00

5. Miami- Dade County (north - Aventura, Miami Gardens, N Miami Beach, N Miami, Opa-Locka): $40.00

6. Miami-Dade County (central - Hialeah, Miami Springs, Miami Shores): $45.00

7. Miami-Dade County (south - South Miami, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables  ): $50.00

8. Miami-Dade County (southwest - Kendall to Homestead/Florida City): $75.00 

• Witnesses can be provided upon request for a flat fee:  $30 per witness

• Marriage/Wedding Officiation - Elopements (3 people including bride and groom max) - (30 minutes max including the signings) (prices includes travel fee, we travel to your location):  

1. Broward County: $100.00

2. Palm Beach County: $150.00

3. Miami-Dade County: $150.00 

4. SW Miami (Kendall-Homestead/Florida City): $200.00

5. Locations available upon request (Broward County only - additional fee applies).

A zoom or telephonic appointment will be scheduled after booking for Marriage/Wedding Officiation services to discuss client's expectations.

• Deposit: varies  a deposit may be required after booking in order to confirm your appointment which is NON-refundable BUT it is transferrable to another date with no expiration.   The deposit will be deducted from your balance. 

1. Notary Deposits: $15.00 due soon after booking appointment, instructions will be sent via email or text.

2. Elopements Deposit:  $50.00 due soon after zoom/telephonic appointment. Payment instructions will be discussed.

3. Elopements at a space/room provided by us Deposit: 50% due soon after zoom/telephonic appointment. Payment instructions will be discussed.

4. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Preparation Deposit: varies depending on the total cost quoted, this amount and payment instructions will be discussed during your zoom/telephonic appointment.
